- The US Specops Department is proud to present the Specops 2009 tour. The Tour will take place on the very edges of the United States and will bring you to famous and spectacular places. The pilot is free to chose the plane that he wants to fly, although he has to follow the inventory list we give for each diffirent leg.
- During the tour, it is possible you need more than basic flying skills, therefore we strongly suggest to have a look into our training department. Sometimes we give a heading instead of a route, no worry if you don't fly that heading that perfect. As long you keep on track.
- You are free to chose your flying altitude but we have some rules on this. The Maximum Flightlevel for each leg is FL600. In some legs we will give you altitudes you have to fly, please do follow these instructions as this can affect your flight report.
- As this is a military tour, the speed restrictions are diffirent. Below 10 000ft , the max. speed is 350KIAS. Above 10 000ft, you can fly as fast as you want, as long you don't fly supersonic. We will inform you on each leg when supersonic speeds are allowed.

- Step up to the plate baseball fans and enjoy the 2009 US IFR Tour based upon the REAL schedules of 6 Major League Baseball Teams! Pilots can shoose to fly for the Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim, Arizona Diamondbacks, or the Detroit Tigers and follow the progress of the team all season long! Pilots only need to fly ONE team's charter schedule for the divisional award. Also, we will be preparing a special "All-Star Fly-In" in July during the All-Star break.

The IVAO US division invites you to discover the wilderness of Alaska. Enjoy the beautiful landscape while you crossover the subcontinent. To get the badge you have to complete the 22 legs with 35 intermediate waterings included (this means to perform 35 intermediate full stops for 3 minutes at least). On approximately 3000 nm you will see endless woods, mild hills and cliffy mountains, imposing glaciers, the plain tundra, wide open marsh lands with uncounted lakes and also the coastlines from the Pacific and Arctic Ocean. The tour is fully VFR, but you can navigate by GPS or with VOR/NDB assistance.
When you have completed all the legs of this tour, you will get the 'Division Float Tour Award'.
